Plain rules for anyone who orders links, supplies articles or lists a site on ArticleWebsite. Using the marketplace means you accept them.
ArticleWebsite sells placements. It does not sell rankings, traffic, penalties or immunity from them. Whatever happens to your pages in Google is outside our control.
We say this first because it is the part owners most often hope away. Treat each link as a test you can measure, not a guarantee.
You must give a real email address and keep your sign-in details to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Create one account per business.
You top up a balance in the dashboard and spend it on placements. The basket costs nothing until you pay it, and invoices and proforma invoices can be requested.
Top-ups only. Balance is topped up in the dashboard, not through the API, and questions about a payment go through your account where the order and balance history are listed.
After payment, the placement is created in the mode you picked: automatic from your URL and keyword, from your own prompt, or from your own finished article. Most go live within about 24 hours.
Placements are permanent dofollow. If a placement is not live as ordered, raise it through your account with the order reference.
You are responsible for the page you point a link at and for any article you supply. No illegal goods or services, no malware, no deceptive pages, no content that infringes someone else's rights.
We may refuse or remove an order that breaks this rule.
Listing a site is optional. You set the price and approve each placement before it is published. You must not remove an approved link without telling us. Payouts happen weekly for approved and delivered placements.
Agents can help. The REST interface and the MCP connection let tools and AI agents browse donors and fill your basket. Paying that basket is a separate step that a person approves. You answer for what your keys and agents do.
The service is provided as it stands. No more. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost traffic or changes in search results. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the marketplace after a change means you accept it. Contact goes through your account.
